Evolve has started notifying each impacted individual... Evolve’s email includes an offer for two years of free credit monitoring and identity theft protection and details regarding its dedicated call center, which is available to provide assistance enrolling in credit monitoring as well as answer any questions about the incident. If you have any questions, we strongly encourage you to review both the email notice and Evolve’s website where they will provide regular updates.
