Scams and phishing attempts are just a few ways bad actors may attempt to get your information to access or “takeover” your account.
When a bad actor attempts to take over your account, they may try to make changes to your login credentials, connected bank information, or try starting ACH transfers using your account information.
Here are some tips for keeping your account safe from bad actors:
- Do not click on suspicious links
- Never share your login information or passwords with anyone (Remember, Dave will never contact you asking for your password or verification code)
- Look out for unauthorized changes to your Dave profile (Name, phone number, email, etc.)
