First, navigate to your Dave Checking account, then tap on View debit card at the top. Or, tap here to get there directly.
Toggle on Freeze card so no one can make new purchases on your lost card.
Be sure to review your recent transactions to see if you have any unrecognized charges. If you have any issues, start a chat with us so we can connect you to the right agent.
What happens after I replace my card in the Dave app?
- Your physical debit card will be sent via USPS and can take up to 10 business days (not including weekends and holidays) to receive
- While you wait for your physical debit card to arrive, you can use your digital debit card to make purchases online or add it to your digital wallet, like Apple Pay or G Pay, to make in-person purchases at merchants that accept tap transactions
