First, navigate to your Dave Checking account, then tap on View debit card at the top. Or, tap here to get there directly.
Swipe to the card you want to replace, and tap Replace card.
This will automatically disable your current card. If you replace your physical Dave debit card, it will be sent via USPS and can take up to 10 business days to arrive. You can continue to use your digital card while you wait!
What should I do if my card is lost or was stolen?
If you believe your Dave debit card is lost or stolen, you should immediately freeze it to block any new transactions. Then, request a new card in the app.
Be sure to also review your transactions to ensure that you recognize all recent activity. If you find any issues with your transactions, please view the article There's a charge on my account that I didn't authorize.
Why can’t I replace my Dave debit card?
You can replace both your physical and digital Dave debit cards up to 4 times per year.
