When will I receive my physical Dave debit card?

Your physical Dave debit card will be sent via USPS and can take up to 10 business days (not including weekends and holidays) to receive after opening your Dave Checking account, or if you need to replace your current Dave debit card.

While you wait for your physical Dave debit card to arrive, you can use your digital Dave debit card to make purchases online or add it to your digital wallet, like Apple Pay or G Pay, to make in-person purchases at merchants that accept tap transactions.

What if it's been more than 10 business days and I haven't received my card?

If you have not received your Dave debit card after 10 business days, you can request a new card in the Dave app following these steps:

1. Go to settings ⚙️
2. Under Accounts, tap Dave Checking
3. Tap Digital & physical cards
4. Swipe to the physical debit card
5. Tap Replace physical card
6. Tap Issue new card and confirm
