If your dispute is not resolved within 10 business days (20 business days for new accounts), you may receive a temporary credit, also known as provisional credit, to cover the disputed amount while we continue to investigate.
Please note, business days do not include holidays or weekends.
If eligible, the provisional credit will be automatically added to your Dave Checking account balance. Further details regarding provisional credit can be found in the dispute confirmation you’ll receive when the dispute is submitted.
If your claim is denied or if the merchant issues you a credit, the provisional credit will be reversed from your Dave Checking account.
