An investigation will be opened immediately after your dispute has been reported, and if your investigation is not concluded within 10 business days (20 business days for new accounts) you may receive a provisional credit to your Dave Checking account.
Investigations can take up to 90 days, depending on the merchant and the dispute type. Updates will be provided to you by email, or mail if you request that option, as we proceed through the investigation of your dispute.

- Reach out to us via our support chat directly on the Dave app. Live agents are available 6am - 4pm PT 7 days a week.
- You can also talk to a live agent by calling the number on the back of your Dave debit card between 4am-10pm PT from Monday to Friday and 5am-5pm PT from Saturday to Sunday.
