If you have any open Dave Spending, ExtraCash™ or Goals accounts, please chat with us from the Dave app. A Member Success agent will be able to help close your account.
If you only use our Advances feature, you may be able to close your account in the app yourself. To close a core only account:
1. Go to your settings ⚙️ and tap Membership
2. Tap Manage Membership
3. Continue the prompts from there until your account is fully closed.
Please note, deleting the Dave app will not close the account. And Spending, ExtraCash™, or Goals accounts cannot be reopened at this time.
