What does this mean?
We rely on your bank to send us your information, but, sometimes, there can be a delay with smaller banks and credit unions.
Although most banks take only 30 minutes (or less!) to send data, others can take hours, days, or not send us anything at all.
What should you do?
1. Give it some time - we're always on the lookout and request information from your bank up to 6 times a day! So when your bank is ready, we'll update your info as soon as we can.
2. Talk to your bank! We hope up-to-date transactions are a priority for banks in the future, but with a little push, we'll get there sooner.
