If the cashier explains the deposit didn’t work and can’t provide a receipt for the transaction, make sure to have them return your cash.
Reasons for cash deposits not working
• You may have reached your cash deposit limit
• Dave or the retailer’s system could be down
• You can only generate and use one barcode for each deposit, so refresh your barcode if you’re starting another deposit.
• Check the expiration time underneath your barcode before you use it. If it expired, refresh the barcode and try again.
