While taking an ExtraCash™ advance, you are shown a settlement date that you’ll need to confirm and agree to allow Dave to automatically settle your ExtraCash balance.
When Dave is unable to settle the balance on your payback date, you may see partial settlements. These smaller partial settlements will be applied towards your balance.
If you are encountering issues with settlement or if you want to manually settle your balance early, you can do so from the ExtraCash screen within the app. Please note, there is a 4 day (96 hour) cool-off period after taking an advance, before you can manually settle.
If the balance was settled using your debit card on file, it may take up to 24 hours to process.
If the balance was settled using your external bank account, it may take up to 5 business days to process.

To view your ExtraCash history:
