You can freeze your spending card and replace card within the app by tapping here.
The steps within the app have been provided below.
- Tap on Profile
- Select Manage debit card
Please note, a card reissue can take up to 10 business days to get to you. Once you request a card reissue, your existing card will be deactivated and will not be able to be reactivated.
However, you're still able to use your virtual card! Take a look at how you can set up your virtual card in your digital wallet here.
