In the case that your Dave Debit Mastercard® is lost or stolen, you should immediately freeze your card to block any new transactions.
To freeze or unfreeze your cards:
• Tap on the card from the home screen, then tap the card again
• Swipe to your digital card or physical card
• Toggle Freeze card and confirm
You can also find your card details by going to settings ⚙️, then tap Digital & physical cards.
You may be able to replace your card from within the app.
Your Dave Debit Mastercard® can take up to 10 business days (Monday - Friday) to get to you. In the meantime, you can use your digital card for online purchases or set it up to your digital wallet.
