In the case that your Dave Debit Mastercard® is lost or stolen, you should immediately freeze your card to block any new transactions.
To freeze your card:
- Head to your Profile
- Tap Manage debit card
- Tap Freeze debit card
After you confirm to freeze your card, tap Replace card to get a new card reissued to you. This will deactivate your previous card which can not be reactivated.
Your Dave Debit Mastercard® can take up to 10 business days (Monday - Friday) to get to you. In the meantime, you can use your virtual card for online purchases or set it up to your digital wallet.
