In the case that your Dave Debit Mastercard® is lost or stolen, you should immediately freeze your card to block any new transactions.
Managing your Dave debit cards
• Navigate to settings ⚙️ and tap Digital & physical cards
(or tap the digital card on the home screen two times)
• Swipe to your digital card or physical card
• Toggle Freeze card and confirm
Replacing your digital or physical debit card
• From the Digital & physical cards screen, swipe to the card that needs to be replaced
• Tap Replace (digital or physical) card
• Tap Issue new card and confirm
Your Dave Debit Mastercard® can take up to 10 business days (Monday - Friday) to get to you. In the meantime, you can use your digital card for online purchases or set it up to your digital wallet.
