If you recently got a new phone number, updating your number is super easy.
If you're currently logged out, follow these easy steps:
- Select Log in
- Click I have a new number
- Enter your previous number & your new number
- Click Submit
If you're currently logged in, follow these steps:
- Go to the Profile tab
- Click your Edit Profile at the top of the screen
- Click the pencil icon next to Mobile number
- Enter the new phone number and click Verify
If you are having trouble logging into your Dave account, remember you can log in using your email and password as well. In case you are still having trouble, have you updated your phone number since you have last accessed your account?
We can accept any identifying information to help you further. (Including your name, date of birth, and any older emails will help our team to locate your original profile.)
