If you recently got a new phone number, email address or you moved to a new residential address, you’ll be able to update those right in the Dave app.
To update your account information:
• Go to your settings ⚙️ and tap Edit Profile
• Tap the pencil ✏️ on the item you want to edit
• Update with your new information and save ✅ any changes
Anytime you make a change to your account, you’ll receive a notification in your email inbox with next steps or a confirmation message.
If you forgot your password, tap Need help logging in from the login screen to set up a new one. You’ll need to enter the mobile number and email you use to log-in to Dave. If you enter an email that is not on your Dave account, you may not receive a password reset email.
