If you recently got a new phone number, email address or moved to a new address, you’ll be able to update those right in the Dave app.
To update your account information:
• Navigate to your settings ⚙️ and tap Edit Profile (under your name)
• Tap on the item you want to edit
• Update with your new information and save any changes
Please note: Addresses should be USPS deliverable and cannot be a P.O. Box or commercial address.
Anytime you make a change to your account, you’ll receive a notification email with verification steps or a confirmation message.

If you're not logged in to the Dave app
You can reset your password from the login screen. Tap Need help logging in then enter the mobile number and email you use to log-in to Dave. If you have a new phone number, tap Use email instead.
If you enter an email that is not currently registered on your Dave account, you may not receive a password reset email.
