If your direct deposit is not showing up in your Dave Spending account yet, be sure to check your Dave app throughout the day for your funds.
First direct deposit with Dave
If this is your first direct deposit from this sender, it can take up to two pay periods for the update to take effect, depending on when your employer updated this information on their end.
You can double check with your employer to ensure that you gave them the correct routing and account numbers which can be found in settings ⚙️, then tap Account information.
Previous deposit
If you've had a previous direct deposit into your Dave Spending account, be sure that you haven't exceeded your direct deposit limits and that the funds were sent to the correct account.
Direct deposit limits
There is a maximum limit to the amount accepted:
$25,000 per day
$25,000 per month
If you've exceeded these limits, you'll need to wait until they are refreshed on a rolling 30-days basis. Any deposits that exceed the limits will be returned to the originating sender.
Please note, deposits and bank transfers may be delayed on bank holidays.
