Need to change your bank account? No problem. You can change your bank information right through the app!
If you currently have an advance with Dave, you'll be able to change banks once your payback has been made.
However, once you switch bank accounts, you will lose all of the information you’ve set for your budget. You'll also need to go through the advance approval process again.
Heads up: we'll need to see least 2 paychecks into your new bank account before we can approve you for an advance.
Steps to change your bank:
- Go to the profile section of the app
- Look at your Account Information
- Click on your bank under “Connected Account & Debit Card”
- There, you’ll see an option to “Change” bank
- Select your new bank and enter your new login information
