What does this mean?
It looks like we weren't able to find consistent income in your checking account to qualify you for a regular advance.
Either your income didn't meet our advance income requirements, or there's something wonky going on with your bank account (like inconsistent paydays or a delayed direct deposit) -- which we can help you out with!
What can you do?
1. Make sure your income meets our advance requirements outlined HERE.
If you don't meet our income requirements yet, you can still manually add your income in the app for budgeting purposes and might still qualify for a smaller advance amount.
2. Contact us if you meet our income requirements and you're still having trouble. Sometimes, accounts just need some old school human help and we're here for you.
You can chat with us by selecting that option (image below) on this web page.
