If Dave lost the connection to your bank account, don’t worry. It’s usually pretty easy to fix.
Double-check if your bank login password changed
If it did, just follow the prompts in the Dave app to update your bank password, and then you’ll be good to go.
Double-check if your bank username changed
If this is the case, you’ll be prompted to reset your Dave account which will also reset your account history within the app. Sorry about that.
If your bank got disconnected and you still need to pay an advance back
This makes things a little trickier, so you’ll need to contact Dave’s customer support team for help.
