If Dave lost the connection to your bank account, don’t worry. It’s usually pretty easy to fix. First, open your Dave app and click “Reconnect Bank” to follow our prompts and log in again.
Double-check if your bank login password changed
If it did, just follow the prompts in the Dave app to update your bank password, and then you’ll be good to go.
Double-check if your bank username changed
If this is the case, you’ll be prompted to reset your Dave account which will also reset your account history within the app. Sorry about that.
Did your bank get disconnected while you still need to pay an advance back?
This makes things a little trickier, so you’ll need to contact Dave’s customer support team for help. They should be able to fix it in just a few minutes though.
