Uh-oh. If your debit card has been denied or declined and you're running into card entry issues, it means that the information you've entered is either incorrect or your issuer is declining this transaction.
Here's what to do:
- Confirm the details you're entering match the exact information on the card and account
- Check your expiration date and make sure that the card is valid and not expired
Just as a heads up, if your card expires in three months or less, we won't be able to process an advance. You'll need to get a new debit card with a new expiration date and update it in the app!
We also recommend reaching out to your bank to see if there are any blocks or issues with your card.
