Uh-oh, this error message means that your debit card has been denied or declined. Either the information you've entered isn't correct, or your provider is declining this transaction.
Here's what to do:
First, make sure the details you're entering fully match the information on the card and that the card is valid and not expired.
Be sure to also check your expiration date. If your card expires in up to three months or less, we won't be able to process an advance. You'll need to get a new debit card that doesn't expire, then update your card in the app.
We also recommend checking with your bank to see if there are any blocks or issues with your card.
