What does this mean?
When requesting an advance, Dave needs to have 60 days of transactional history in the checking account that you're requesting the advance to be deposited into.
If you're seeing this error message, it likely means that:
- Your bank has not sent Dave 60 days of transactional history.
- Your bank account is less than 60 days old.
What should you do?
If you've recently set up a new bank account, you'll need to hang tight until it has matured beyond 60 days.
If your bank is lagging, we'll keep checking for updates as often as we can (4-6 times a day). When your bank sends your information, we'll be ready! You could also give your bank a call to nudge them along.
