Barcode location instructions
If the cashier is unsure how to start your cash deposit, ask them to scan your barcode. Their checkout system will guide them through the rest of the process. If there are still issues, ask if a manager can help complete your deposit.
Note: If a cashier at a fee-free location asks you to swipe your card to deposit cash, ask them to scan the barcode instead. Swiping your card may result in a deposit fee up to $4.95.
