    I have multiple accts. It looks at the primary only, never the bill acct or savings. I can't make the accts with all the money in them my primary bc I don't have my pay direct deposited into them. I have had well above 115 in my accts for well over 2 days for my last 2 cycles...but Dave (though he can see it with effort) cannot process it. Can we fix this?

    I think it's a server problem. It's been like this already for almost 2 weeks. It keeps saying my account is negative but that's far from it.     What I did was I went in the app and hit the help me button on the right upper corner and then I sent a request email and they fixed it for me to advance again

    I have been waiting over 2 months to be able to get an advance. I keep receiving the notice on having $115 in my account for a two day period.
    I would like to have an advance approved. I make enough each week to cover this.

    That's ridiculous. I have had 2 advances and both were paid back on time with no issues. What really gives.

    I really feel like you guys kind of screwed me on this. I have taken two advances and paid them both when I'm supposed to. Now I'm trying to get a third and my rent was taken out of my acct leaving me with 80$ it won't let me take my third advance cause I don't have 115$ in my acct. This is crap. So I paid my advance back and now I'm short 80$ till I get paid again in 2 weeks. I can't continue to use your service if you guys just pick and choose when you want to give an advance and when not to
