To connect or reconnect your bank account:
- In your Profile tap Linked Banks and Card
- Tap Change
- Select Change bank
After you find your bank, you'll use the same login info you would normally use to login with your bank. You'll be asked some security questions, Dave will verify using micro-deposits and that's it! Your bank should connect to Dave.
Issues & Tips
Make sure you're entering your most recent correct login information. Check the username and password you use on your external bank's app, then give it another try.
Unable to proceed?
Try visiting the Advance/Extra Cash Tab in-app to link your external bank account to Dave.
Please note, we work with thousands of banks and credit unions - large and small - but we don't support investment, prepaid, or savings accounts.
And just to let you know, if you have any outstanding balances, you'll need to settle those before updating your bank connection.
